Oh my god I think I need to take crazy pills cause this piece feels like its going practically everywhere. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. The brush strokes almost has a drippy ooze feel to it all throughout the painting. It's got a very psychedelic aura and feel all over the place that just easily grabs the viewers attention upfront and center and I love it for that. The warm light of the sun I'm guessing it's suppose to represent at the bottom is extremely well done and its got such a scratchy ashy burning look to it that it makes it very distinguishing. The melting look coming from the moon spirit-like creature is also very well done with those oil spill drips. If anything I guess I would like to see an even greater effect of the melting look. So I say more drips! Drips ftw!
